This indicates that the item you wish to purchase is regulated by the FDA ( Food and Drug Administration ). The FDA restricts this device to sale by or on the order of a physician. A current copy of your Prescription is Required before we can ship your order per the FDA (See Below).

We put Prescription is Required Per the FDA on ALL items on our web site that Requires a Prescription from your doctor and is also noted on your Order Confirmation page you receive via E-Mail when you make a purchase on our web site. IF you do not see Prescription is Required Per the FDA, your order DOES NOT REQUIRE A PRESCRIPTION. We will ship ASAP and send you a confirmation page with shipping information and a copy of your invoice.

We will also send you an E-Mail requesting a copy of your prescription IF required. You or your physician may FAX or E-Mail ( use the E-Mail Us on the right ) us a copy to:

As soon as we get your prescription "If Required", we will ship your order and send you a confirmation page with shipping information, a copy of your invoice.

If this is a purchase by a Company or Business, your Federal Tax ID Number is acceptable, just E-Mail it to us ( use the E-Mail Us on the right ).

If this is a purchase by a Registered Pilot with a valid Licence, just E-Mail a copy to us ( use the E-Mail Us on the right ).

We can only hold your order for a prescription for 10 working Days, if you need more time or have any questions, just give us a call.

Do to HIPAA Regulations, we cannot call your doctor for you. He /She is Not allowed by Federal Law to disclose any health information to any third party.

We strongly suggest that when you purchase  "portable equipment", you keep a copy of your prescription with you at all time in case of an emergency.
