General:
The goal of Tri-Med is your complete satisfaction.

 Terms of Sale:
If, within 15 days of invoice date, the product purchased from Tri-Med is DEFECTIVE in material and or workmanship and you have ALL the original packaging, parts, instructions, blank warranty cards and the product is unadulterated, altered, damaged, used, even one time, Not exposed to Smoke. We will exchange the defective product with an identical item as per the manufacturers guidelines. No Substitutions allowed. All Items sold on this web site are warranted by the Manufacturer. After the 15 days from the invoice date, the manufacturer's warranty shall apply. We do not offer 24 hour service or after hours service.

You MUST have an RMA# ( Return Material Authorization ) number from Tri-Med before returning ANY product and or for ALL Warranty Service / Repair, (See RMA Instructions below).  NO EXCEPTIONS.

Prescriptions:
Items with this mark require a Current Prescription / Federal or State Sales Tax Id No. or Pilots License : Prescription is Required per the FDA.
Most items on this web site are restricted for sale by the order of a Physician and regulated by the Food Drug Administration (FDA). A current Doctors Prescription or if sold to a business, Federal or State Sales Tax ID Number / Pilots License for aviation use is required before we can ship your order. NO EXCEPTIONS.

If we do not have your Prescription or in the case of a company a Federal or State Sales Tax ID Number within 10 working days or less, from the date of your order, we may cancel your order and charge a non refundable service fee of a Min. $ 5.00 or a Max. 10% which ever is greater of the invoice total, plus any charges/fee's from Pay Pal or Credit Card Charges/Fee's.
If you require more time to get a Prescription or Sales Tax ID No., give us a call or E-Mail us within 10 days or less, we will be happy to help you.

ANY ITEM REFUSED FOR DELIVERY FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER IS SUBJECT TO A 50% RESTOCKING FEE AND ALL SHIPPING, PAYPAL COSTS.

Upon Delivery:
Upon delivery inspect your purchase immediately and carefully. You must contact Tri-Med within 48 Hours of any shipping damage or errors upon receipt of your order, CALL: 1-866-832-4549. Please give full details of the problem. You may also use our Contact Form.  Click Here: Contact Tri-Med
Under NO circumstances will transit / shipping damaged merchandise be replaced if the 48 Hour notification period has passed. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Returns RMA #:
Due to the nature of the products sold on this web site, hygiene and sterility concerns and or Food Drug Administration (FDA) regulations.

THE FOLLOWING ARE NOT RETURNABLE. ALL SALES are FINAL, NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES. NO EXCEPTIONS
:

   1. Any product that is opened or taken out of its original packaging and or used even one time.
   2. Any product used next to the skin or is used to dispense, carry, deliver Oxygen(Oxygen Concentrators, Cannulas, Masks, etc)or Medication(Nebulizers, Nebulizer Kits, etc).
   3. Any product requiring and or mark: Rx Required, State Sales Tax Id No. or Pilots License.
   4. Any Product that is marked on the invoice as Used, Special Order, Clearance or on Sale.
   5. Any Item or Product exposed to SMOKING and or that smell of smoke, exposed to any kind of smoke such as but not limited to ( cigarette, cigar, and pipe) are not allowed to be returned, refunded or exchanged, No Exceptions. All Return shipping is your responsibility.
   6. NOTE:  Any Product exposed to SMOKE, the warranty may be deemed VOID by the manufacturer at there option. All repair and shipping costs are your responsibility.

ALL Other Item's:
You MUST contact us within 15 days of the purchase / Invoice date to request a return authorization number ( RMA#).
ALL shipping, Credit Card Fee's, Pay Pal fee's for any returned item is your responsibility. All Products must be unused, in original packaging and in salable condition. 

All Returns for warranty service must be returned within 15 working days of the receipt of the RMA# ( issued date ) to Tri-Med or the manufacturer as noted on the return information e-mail sent you. We charge up to a 25% restocking Fee on all product returns authorized by Tri-Med and or the Manufacturer in writing, with a Valid RMA #.
We MUST Receive the authorized return Item within 15 working days of the RMA# ( Issue Date ) to receive a Refund back to your original credit card.

Refunds:
All refunds are by credit back to the original credit card or Pay Pal Account. We do not give cash refunds. The Buyers Club fee, Pay Pal Fee's, Credit Card Charges and ALL Shipping Costs, are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Free Shipping Orders :
If any item shipped to you with Free shipping and handling and then returned for any reason whatsoever and has been issued a return RMA# from Tri-Med. The cost of the shipping to you is your responsibility and will be deducted from the amount refunded back to your credit card along with any credit card fee's, Pay Pal Fee's and or restocking Fee's.
Ounce an Item has shipped from Tri-Med or the Manufacturer (Drop Shipped) it is your property and is subject to our Returns Policy.

Back Order / Cancelation:
If an item is out of stock (back ordered) we will notify you via E-Mail and give you an estimated ship date. If you elect to cancel your order after you have placed it on our web site or by phone and or we have charged your credit card account, BUT NOT SHIPPED, we will issue a credit back to your credit card within 72 hours minus any credit card authorization or PayPal fees. A 10% cancelation fee applies.

Warranty / RMA# Instructions / Service:

You MUST have an RMA# ( Return Material Authorization ) number from Tri-Med for ALL Warranty Service / Repair.  NO EXCEPTIONS.

Please call Tri-Med ( 1-866-832-4549) or use our warranty request form, Click Here: Warranty Form.  we will assist you in getting a manufacturer or Tri-Med  RMA# with Instructions and shipping information. DO NOT SEND any products directly it the Manufacturer unless instructed to do so in writing by Tri-Med, doing so is at your own risk.
ALL shipping / transportation costs for any warranty service and any arrangements required with a local provider in your area for any loner equipment or services required during warranty or out of warranty service is your responsibility.

PLEASE NOTE: Some manufactures are now charging a NO PROBLEM FOUND FEE. This fee is your responsibility. In some cases at our discretion we may require in advance the cost of the item for repair or return. Upon the repair and or return of the defective item, you will be refunded for the item less any fees or charges by the manufacturer. We are here to help. Please feel free to call us in advance to help you with your repair.

Insurance:
Tri-Med does not except any insurance payments or warrant same, for the equipment or supplies sold on this web site. Please contact your doctor for the correct HCPC code to file a claim with your insurance.

Credit Card Disputes / Charge Back:
The Purchaser will bear all costs associated with a disputed credit card charge which results in action from Tri-Med's merchant account provider, otherwise known as "charge backs". If credit card charges are disputed for any reason whatsoever, Tri-Med Inc. may contract a third party firm to settle any disputes and the disputer will be responsible for all collection fees, dispute charges and any additional charges or fees as deemed required by the third party and or the merchant account provider.
